Years of working on the UK's top festivals and many more spent in fields trading side by side with vendors, means we are uniquely positioned to see things from all angles.

We profoundly understand the needs of both traders and event producers and can easily augment the relationship between the two to mitigate problems before they arise.

We understand that every event is unique, with its own set of quirks and nuances and we are there to understand, assimilate and communicate so that we can help you deliver the best show possible.

We will never sit back, thumb through your applications and choose the vendors we like based on a photo or a menu.  We will never trot out the same old vendors you see at every other event.  Where's the fun in that?

At Fork curation is king.  We are here to make you stand out from the crowd.  We only work with the very best traders and chefs and can curate to any brief.  Any trader chosen for your event will have been personally tried, tested and vetted.

Fork. founder Michael O' Shea has food and festivals in his DNA.  Hailing from a long line of chefs and restauranteurs, Michael literally grew up in the industry, cutting his teeth learning from his parents as they moved around the country opening new pubs, bars and restaurants for major companies.

Having spent his formative years in the kitchens and on the restaurant floors of these establishments, Michael turned his focus to the events industry, graduating with a BA from the acclaimed events management course at the Arts institute Bournemouth in 2007.

After years working on UK festivals, Michael moved into new territory in 2011 when he became a festival trader himself.

The idea for Fork came in 2015 as a reaction to the astonishing levels of mismanagement Michael experienced from concessionaires and agencies working in the industry.  An agency run by events professionals who also have a rich history in the food services and trader world seemed inevitable and Fork was created to own this space.

It is precisely this experience that makes our expertise in the field second to none, and is why we now curate food line ups for several major events and festivals across the UK.
